Prayer Meetings
- We hold Prayer Meetings monthly, normally on the first Monday in the month. The venue for the meetings varies as we try to rotate the venue amongst churches in different parts of the Deanery: we are grateful for the kind hospitality of deanery churches which host these meetings.
- Our next prayer meeting will on Monday 5th October 2026, 1230-1315, at St Clement's Church, Poole. Arrive from 1215; coffee and tea will be available and you are welcome to bring your own packed lunch if you wish.
- Future meetings:
- Monday 2nd November 2026, 1230-1315: St George's, Oakdale.
The Holes Bay Walk 2026
Our main fundraising event, the Holes Bay Walk, took place on Saturday 11th July 2026.
A selection of photos from the 2026 walk may be seen here: https://www.poolewaupartnership.com/walk.html
Many thanks to all those who took part, either in the 3-mile walk or Upton Country Park or in the full 7 miles around Holes Bay, and to the larger number who sponsored those who did.
Walkers, please collect money from your sponsors. We know this can take a few weeks, as it can be difficult to catch up with people during this holiday period, but it would be helpful to have all sponsor money and forms by mid-August if possible. We hope to be able to announce the total sum raised by the beginning of September. Thanks!
